Prevention, Investigation and Sanctioning of Economic Crime

It is announced that from 18 until 20 of June 2018 takes place in Freiburg, Germany, the 1st meeting on "Prevention, Investigation and Sanctioning of Economic Crime", within the General Conference for the 3rd Department of the 20th International Criminal Law Convention of AIDP on "Criminal Justice and Corporate Business", in honor of the 80th Birthday of Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Klaus Tiedemann.

The Conference will be attended by a number of speakers from many countries around the world, while it will be chaired by: Prof. Dr. Valsamis Mitsilegas(University of Queen Mary), Prof Dr. Robert Esser(University of Passau) and Prof. Dr. Ralf Poscher(University of Freiburg).Greece will be represented by the President of the European and International Criminal Law Institute, Christos C. Mylonopoulos, who will chair the second day of the Conference on: "The limits of human rights protection ".
